摘  要:针对甜水堡二矿斜井井筒穿流砂层段存在不同程度的淋水现象,水质腐蚀性严重,巷道混凝土遭到淋水腐蚀,导致井巷支护强度减小等问题,分析了主、副、风三条斜井渗漏水情况,设计采用凿岩打孔锚杆注浆工法对斜井进行帷幕注浆止水加固,并对帷幕注浆止水施工工艺流程及参数进行了研究。结果表明,通过对斜井井身壁后和井筒碹体接缝处注入相应的浆液,使斜井周围形成止水帷幕,达到止水加固的目的。Aiming at the water dripping in inclined shaft crossing quicksand section in Tianshuipu No. 2 Coal Mine, causing corrosion of roadway concrete and decrease of roadway support intensity, as the water is highly corrosive, The water leaking condition in main inclined shaft, auxiliary inclined shaft and air return inclined shaft was analyzed, water sealing curtain grouting reinforcement was implemented, using bolt grouting method by drilling bore, the construction process and parameters were studied, the results showed, through the grouting behind the wall of shaft body and the shaft arch body joints, the curtain was formed around the inclined shaft, realizing water sealing and reinforcement.
