ABC分类法在新疆准东煤田钻探成本控制中的应用

摘　　要：针对新疆准东煤田由于地层较软弱、物资供给运输距离长、钻杆钻具磨损腐蚀较快、生产生活用水缺乏等因素造成新疆区外钻探队伍单位进尺施工成本居高不下的问题,成功将仓库管理的ABC分类法引入钻探项目成本控制中,确定了对钻探成本影响的主要因素分别为柴油、泥浆材料、钻杆钻具和生产生活用水,次要因素为配件类,一般因素包括其他类、钻头、工具。根据重要性程度,对于主要因素重点加强管理,分别制定了详细的成本管理措施;对于次要因素强化管理,采用了定额供给、交旧换新的管理办法;对于一般因素适当强化管理,严格执行日常管理制度。通过这些措施,使准东煤田库兰喀孜干矿区钻探成本降低了21.59%,取得了较好的效果。As the drilling cost of the external drilling team was relatively high due to weak stratum, long distance material supply, quick corrosion of drilling pipe and tools, water shortage for production and living and other factors in Xinjiang Zhundong Coalfield. This paper successfully introduced the ABC classification for warehouse management to the drilling project. According to the method, primary influencing factors for drilling cost included diesel oil, slurry material, drilling pipe and tools, and water for production and living. The secondary factors was accessories and the general factors were others, drill hits and tools. According to the degree of importance, the main factors management were specially strengthened and cost management measures were formulated in detail. The secondary factor management was strengthened by the measure of ration supply and turning old for new. The general factors management was properly strengthened by carrying out the daily management system strictly. Through these measures, the mine drilling cost in Zhundong Coalfield Kulankazgan was reduced by 21.59%.
