摘  要:为保障祁东煤矿的安全生产,有效防止井田内新生界松散层底部第四含水层(简称"四含")水害事故的发生,开展了松散层含水层富水性特征、基岩风化的工程地质特征、阻隔水性能及开采覆岩破坏规律等相关研究工作。通过长期探索、总结、实践,提出并采用了顶板超前预裂爆破、采动矿压与水文在线监测预测预警、加大综采支架工作阻力、合理控制工作面推进速度及增强工作面排水能力等关键技术措施,由最初的被动治理转为主动防治,实现了近上限工作面的安全开采,为相类似条件工作面提供了指导及依据。In order to ensure the production safety of Qidong coal mine, and prevent water hazards in the fourth aquifer at the bottom of Cenozoic loose layer, the paper studied loose layer aquifer water features, engineering geological characteristics of weathered bedrock, water barrier properties and mining overburden failure law, etc. Through long-term exploration, summary and practice, the key technical measures were proposed, including roof advance pre- splitting blasting, online monitoring-forecasting-warning for mining pressure and hydrology, working resistance enhancement of fully mechanized support, reasonable control of working face advancement and enhancement of working face drainage capacity, which turned the passive control to active control, realized safe production mining near limit working face, and provided guidance and basis for similar working face.
