摘 要:桉树是四川重要的用材林树种。发掘耐积雪胁迫的桉树杂交组合以及优良的遗传型,是桉树育种应对气候变迁和桉树种植区域北移的必然选择。本研究以位于宜宾的桉树杂交子代测定林为研究对象,通过比较各个杂交组合的存活率和积雪后的通直率进行初步选择,而后比较通直桉树的平均树高、平均胸径进行复选,从88个杂交组合中筛选出21个耐积雪胁迫的杂交组合,以及90株耐积雪胁迫的优良单株。研究结果为定向培育耐积雪和低温的桉树新品种提供了杂交组合方案和无性系化材料。Eucalyptus is an important timber tree species in Sichuan province. Seeking snow stress resistant eucalyptus cross combinations and plus trees are the inevitable choice for eucalyptus breeding to cope with the climate change and expand the planting area of eucalyptus. The progeny test forest in Yibin was used as research object. After preliminary selection by livability and the unbent rate by snow cover, the average tree height and DBH were used to choose the crossing combination, and 21 snow tolerant hybrid combinations and 90 plus trees were selected from 88 cross combinations. The results of this study would provide some cross combinations and clone materials for directive cultivation of eucalyptus varieties with tolerance to snow and low temperature.
