摘  要:以3a、4a、5a生凤丹实生苗为试验材料,分析探讨凤丹超级苗选择方法与标准,并根据拟定的标准选出适宜的凤丹植株,营建凤丹超级苗苗圃基地,为凤丹大规模种植提供优良的种质资源。结果表明:1同等栽植条件下,3a、4 a、5 a生同龄级凤丹个体之间的苗高、地径生长量存在极显著差异,且3 a、5 a生凤丹地径生长量差异大于苗高生长量。2 3 a、4 a、5 a生凤丹地径与苗高均存在正相关关系,但仅5a生苗关系显著。3凤丹超级苗选择标准按平均地径、平均苗高同时加上1.5倍标准差,3 a生苗入选率为3.81%,4 a生苗入选率为4.57%,5 a生苗入选率为4.36%。4选择出符合标准的凤丹植株955株,合计入选率3.91%。The selection method and standard of the superior seedlings were studied and based on the datum with 3 to 5 years old Paeonia ostii, and according to the standard to select the appropriate plants to establish Paeonia ostii superior seedling nursery base, aiming to provide excellent germplasm resources for large-scale cultivation of Paeonia ostii. The results showed that:①heights and basal diameter increments among 3 -5 years old Paeonia ostii were significantly different, and difference in basal diameter growth was more than in the height of 3 and 5 years old seedlings. ②Height and basal diameter increment of individuals among the same age were in positive correlation,but only those of 5 years old seedlings were significant. ③The average height and average basal diameter adding one point five times by standard variance selection way were used as the Paeonia ostii superior seedlings selection standard, and the 3 years old seedling selected ratio was 3.81% ,4 years old seedling selected ratio was 4. 57% ,5 years old seed- lings celeated rotion was 4.36%. ④955 superior seedlings were selected by comprehensive selection way with a selection ratio of 3.91%.
