强肝胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖脂肪肝患者临床疗效及瘦素的变化特征

摘　　要：目的观察强肝胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖引起的脂肪肝的临床疗效及瘦素变化特征。方法 62例患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例,2组均严格戒酒,适当减少能量摄入,增加运动量。治疗组给予强肝胶囊2.0 g/次,2次/d,口服;对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg,1次/d,口服;2组疗程均为6个月。结果肥胖程度越重,肝脾CT比值越小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项指标与治疗前比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后BMI、肝脾CT比值、ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、瘦素差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组腰臀比、TG治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组临床疗效及总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强肝胶囊对肥胖性脂肪肝临床疗效显著。Objective To observe clinical efficacy and changes of serum leptin levels in patients with simple obesity and fatty liver treated by Qianggan capsule. Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into control group（ 30 cases） and Qianggan capsule group（ 32 cases）. Two groups had strict drinking,appropriate reduce energy perturbation and increased the workout. The treatment group was given Qianggan capsule 2. 0 g orally,2 times / day,While the treatment group was given atorvastatin20 mg orally,1 time / day. The treatment courses of 2 groups were 6 months. Results The more serious the degree of obesity,the less of liver and spleen CT ratio. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in the 2 groups after treatment than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment BMI,liver and spleen CT ratio,ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC,and leptin of the 2groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The difference of waist to hip ratio and TG in 2 groups after treatment was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The clinical efficacy and total effective rate of the 2 groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Qianggan capsule on obese fatty liver was significant.
