关节镜下应用Rigidfix和Intrafix单束重建后交叉韧带临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下应用Rigidfix和Intrafix单束一期重建后交叉韧带（posterior cruciate ligament,PCL）的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析46例膝关节PCL损伤患者的资料,采用关节镜下Rigidfix和Intrafix重建PCL。术后随访国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表（International Knee Documentation Committee,IKDC）评分、Lysholm膝关节评分表、Tegner运动水平评分表以及KT-2000值。结果 46例患者术后随访9～36个月,平均18个月。MRI检查提示重建PCL位置正常。切口均一期愈合,无明显不适主诉,关节稳定,功能良好。术后IKDC评分、Lysholm评分、Tegner评分均明显高于术前,KT-2000值明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜下应用Rigidfix加Intrafix重建PCL具有手术操作简单、固定牢靠、功能恢复满意、明显改善膝关节后向稳定性等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic single-bundle posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using Rigidfix and Intrafix. Methods Totals of 46 cases of PCL reconstruction with Rigidfix and Intrafix were recorded in the retrospective cohort study. Evaluations included International Knee Documentation Committee（ IKDC） score,Lysholm scores,tegner scores,and KT-2000 in postoperative following-up. Results Totals of 46 patients had been followed up for 9 to36 months（ average 18 months）. Magnetic Resonance Imaging（ MRI） examination showed that the PCL reconstruction restored normally. All incisions were primary healing and joint was stable. All the patients recovered a full range of motion without any surgical complications. The IKDC,Lysholm,tegner scores postoperatively were higher than that of pre-operative（ P〈0. 05）,and the KT-2000 decreased obviously after surgery（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using Rigidfix-Intrafix for arthroscopic PCL reconstruction had lots of advantages including simple procedure, rigid fixation, satisfied knee functions, obviously increased stability of knee posterior.
