摘  要:对成都市某商业建筑地源热泵地下换热器进行动态模拟,解决地下冷热不平衡的问题。采用Design Builder(DB)软件对建筑冷、热逐时负荷进行计算。设计提出两种冷热源方案:空调热泵+热水锅炉、空调热泵+热回收热水机。采用动态数值模拟方法对U形地埋管换热器进行计算。结果表明:方案一地下换热器的累积吸放热量严重不平衡,方案二基本平衡。在冷热源方案二中,对750孔的地下换热器进行连续30年的动态模拟分析,地下温度可以保证系统正常运行。The dynamic simulation is carried out on ground heat exchanger of the ground source heat pump system for a commercial building in Chengdu, aiming at solving the problem of underground heat unbalance. DesignBuilder (DB) software calculated hourly loads in the building. Two-source schemes were designed, including the air-conditioning heat pump+hot water boiler, and the air-conditioning heat pump+water heater with heat recovery. Dynamic simulation method was applied to calculate U-tube ground heat exchanger. Hourly dynamic simulation shows serious imbalance between heat absorption and desorption in the former source scheme, and balance in the latter. Dynamic simulation for 30 years was conducted to cal-culate a 750-borehole scheme of the second source scheme. Results show the ground temperature can en-sure the safe operation of the system.
