摘　　要：基于生态学的基本原理和方法,结合我国旧城区改造更新的发展现状,提出生态化目标导向下的旧城区微改造的内涵及意义,并构建了生态化微改造的体系和相关策略,从而改变了以往旧城区改造的单一建筑节能模式,实现从物质层面的建筑生态化微改造、基础设施生态化微改造、交通系统生态化微改造3个方面的系统化论述,并且探讨了生态化微改造在现今旧城区改造过程中的意义和具体方法,为以后旧城区人居环境低碳化的营建和城市的存量开发提供一定的指导意义。Based on the basic principles and methods of ecology,combined with the development of the old town transformation and update in the current state, the paper expounds the connotation and signif-icance of the old town micro-renovation under the ecological goals, and builds a micro-ecological transfor-mation system and related policies, thereby changes a single building energy-saving mode of the old town transformation in past, to achieve the ecological micro-transformation on building, infrastructure, and trans-portation systems with systematic discussion, and explores the micro-ecological transformation from the physical level meaning and specific methods in today′s old city transformation process, which will provide some guidance for the construction of the low-carbon living environment and the building stock develop-ment of the city in the future.
