摘  要:针对公共机构既有建筑能耗水平较高、用能系统效率偏低、优化工具缺乏等问题,重点以国家机关办公建筑、学校等典型公共机构为研究对象,考虑气候区域特点,以及既有建筑改造的基础条件和技术实施的可行性,提出了既有建筑绿色改造成套技术方案及其优化比选方法,并开发了相关的绿色改造优化方法的实现工具。研究将有利于公共机构绿色建筑节能改造与测评工作的发展,为绿色改造优化提供有力手段。Focused on the higher energy consumption of existing public institutions,lower efficiency of the energy system and lack of optimization tools, typical public institutions including state organ office buildings and schools are investigated. Considering the regional and climate characteristic, basic retrofitting conditions of the existing buildings and technology feasibility, complete sets of technical schemes and its optimization method for the existing buildings are proposed, and the related optimization tool of green re-construction are developed. The research will benefit to green-building energy-saving retrofitting of public institutions and the development of the evaluation work; can provide powerful means for green retrofitting optimization.
