泰州地区乡镇住宅节能现状调查分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查、随机抽样调查的方式对泰州具有代表性的乡镇进行了住宅建筑年代、房屋层数、房屋结构分布、外窗玻璃层数等居住现状的调查,落实当地既有住宅的建筑能耗,总结当地建筑节能现状。调查的结果表明:乡镇住宅施工技术落后,居民节能意识薄弱,而且人们对夏季降温、冬季取暖的要求很高。在此基础上,通过对乡镇住宅建筑的详细调查与分析,有针对性地提出合理化节能改造建议,以期对泰州地区住宅的节能改造提供理论支持。In order to provide theoretical support for building energy-saving transformation in Taizhou township region, the status, usage and building energy consumption of existing residential buildings were investigated, through the questionnaire investigation and random sampling investigation. Then the lo-cal energy conservation status was summarized. The local construction technology is poor, the residents＇ energy-saving consciousness is weak, but the demand about cooling in summer and heating in winter is large. The rational retrofitting advices are proposed.
