摘  要:目的研究泽泻+车前子复方水提取液对实验性大鼠尿草酸钙结石形成的影响,确定其抑制肾脏草酸钙结石的形成并具有保护肾功能的作用。方法通过喂服泽泻+车前子复方不同浓度的水提取液对乙二醇和1α羟基维生素D3诱导的大白鼠肾草酸钙结石模型进行实验研究。结果乙二醇和1α羟基维生素D3诱导能显著提高大鼠尿草酸钙结石模型大鼠血BUN、Cr、24 h尿Ox、尿Ca^(2+)分泌量及肾Ca^(2+)含量,但对血P^(3+)、尿Mg^(2+)和肾Mg^(2+)无明显变化;不同剂量药物组大鼠肾Ca^(2+)含量、24 h尿Ca^(2+)分泌量、尿Ox、肾组织的草酸钙结晶及肾小管扩张均明显低于草酸钙结石模型组(P<0.05),药物组大鼠血P^(3+)、尿Mg^(2+)和肾Mg^(2+)和草酸钙结石模型组间无明显差异。结论泽泻+车前子复方水提取液能抑制实验性大鼠体内肾草酸钙晶体的形成并具有保护肾脏功能的作用。Objective To study the effect of alisma and plantago compound on experimental urinary calcium oxalate stone in rats and to confirm that it can inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate kidney stone and protect renal function. Methods Different alisma and plantago compound exteacts were administered through a stomach tube to rats of different groups with renal calcium oxalate stones induced by ethylene glycol(EG) and ammonium chloride(AC). Results The urolithiasis induced by thylene glycol(EG) and ammonium chloride(AC) could cause significant increase in the level of serum urea, serum creatinine, urine oxalate, urine Ca2+ and renal Ca2+. The alisma and plantago compound reversed the changes in the levels of serum urea, serum creatinine, urine Ca2+ and renal Ca2+. It also diminished the number and size of calcium oxalate crystal deposits and protected the kidneys from serious damage. Conclusion Alisma and Plantago compound can inhibit urinary calcium oxalate stone formation in rats and protect renal function.
