坤复康胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究坤复康胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效表现,围绕病案实例中出现的内容与情况,提出科学建议。方法随机选取某院2010年1月至2015年6月收治的100例盆腔炎患者,观察组50例,坤复康胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗,对照组50例,单用坤复康胶囊治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组显效34例、有效14例、一般2例、无效0例,有效率为96%;对照组显效23例、有效18例、一般6例、无效3例,有效率82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对女性盆腔炎疾病的药物治疗发展多年、经验丰富,在联合用药方面,坤复康胶囊、奥硝唑的临床实践研究相对广泛。Objective To study the Kun Fu-kang capsule combined ornidazole treatment the curative effect of pelvic infection, around in the medical record instances of content and situation, put forward the scientific advice. Methods Randomly selected from a hospital in January 2010 - May 2016 treated 100 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, observation group of 50 cases, Kun Fu-kang capsule combined omidazole treatment, control group 50 cases, the use of convalescent capsule treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The observation group, 34 cases were markedly effective, efficient, general in 2 cases, 14 cases example, the effective rate was 96%, the control group, 23 cases were markedly effective, efficient, general 6 cases, 18 cases （3 cases）, effective rate was 82%, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical drug treatment for female pelvic inflammatory disease development for many years, experienced, in combination, Kun Fu-kang capsule within the capsule, to study the clinical practice of omidazole widely.
