摘 要:通过喷砂与电刷镀相结合的方法在碳钢表面制备出未经修饰的微纳双尺度复合结构的超疏水表面。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪、电化学工作站对表面形貌、动静态接触角以及耐腐蚀性进行观测。结果表明:采用该结合方法制备的疏水表面在晶粒簇直径为25-40μm,且分布均匀时,具有优异的超疏水性能;当制备电压在14V时,接触角达到152°,同时在自然时效状态下,试样能够长时间保持表面的疏水特性;结合方法制备的疏水表面与基底抛光表面相比,耐腐蚀性能提高。Superhydrophobic surfaces on carbon steels were fabricated combining sandblasting and electro-brush plating technology without modification.The surface appearance,dynamic and static contact angles and anti-corrosions were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),contact angle measuring instrument and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the superhydrophobic surfaces prepared by the combination method are obtained when the diameter of grain clusters are in the range of 25~ 40μm and distributed evenly,and it has excellent superdrophobocity.When the brush plating voltage is as 14 V,the contact angle is up to 152°.In addition,the surfaces of sample may keep the hydrophobic property for a long time under the conditions of natural aging.The hydrophobic surfaces prepared by the combination method have better anti-corrosion performance compared with polished substrate surfaces.
