摘  要:目的探讨环丝氨酸联合抗结核药物治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效。方法选择我院MDR-TB患者100例,平均随机分治疗组和对照组,对照组患者接受世界卫生组织标准治疗方案:6ZKm(Am,Cm)Lfx(Mfx)Cs(PAS)Pto/18ZLfx(Mfx)Cs(PAS)Pto,治疗组患者在此基础上加环丝氨酸。观察患者的痰菌转阴率、肺部病灶变化情况以及不良反应。结果治疗组痰菌阴转情况、吸收率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。两组总不良反应率差异无统计学意义,治疗组失眠、焦虑高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论含环丝氨酸在治疗耐多药肺结核中能提高痰阴转率和病灶吸收,安全性和耐受性良好,为临床工作提供参考。Objective To explore the efficacy of cycloserine combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Method 100 MDR-TB patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the patients in the control group received standard treatment regimen of WHO: 6ZKm (Am, Cm) Lfx (Mfx) Cs (PAS) Pto / 18ZLfx (Mfx) Cs (PAS) Pto, and the patients in the treatment group received cycloserine. Observe the patient's sputum negative rate, lung lesions and adverse reactions. Result The sputum negative conversion and absorption rate of the treatment group were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in total adverse reaction rate between the two groups. The insomnia and anxiety of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Cycloserine in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the conversion rate of sputum and lesion absorption, safety and well tolerated, for the clinical work to provide a reference.
