摘 要:儿童危重症数据库作为一个功能性数据库平台,旨在为儿科临床研究提供多维度、具备时间跨度的临床数据单元。数据库平台利用定时客户端程序自动采集临床检验、护理记录等数据,通过自定义筛选条件定制科研临床数据资源,并提供可视化的多维评分机制实现病情评估、分析统计等功能。当下针对专项疾病的病例数据库较多,但内容多而繁杂,不易操作且数据量大,导致研究人员仍需投入大量精力进行数据整合、筛选等工作,不利于科研工作的开展。提出构建的儿童危重症数据库,立足于儿童群体,以模块化手段实现了科研数据定制化,能极大提升科研数据获取的便利性,嵌入的多维度危重病例评分机制从数据可视化等角度,实现了对于不同治疗手段对病情、病况作用的趋势化研究,具有一定意义。The pediatric critical case database is a functional database platform, which aims to provide multi dimension and for pediatric clinical research with clinical data of unit time span. Database platform using timing client program automatic data acquisition clinical examination, nursing records, through a custom screening condition customization clinical research data resources, and provide visualization of multidimensional scoring mechanism condition evaluation, statistical analysis and other functions. At present, there are many cases database, but their contents are too complicated and not easy to operate. This will lead to the researchers still need to put a lot of effort into data integration, selection and other work, which is not conducive to the development of scientific research work. The pediatric critical case database proposed in this paper aim at children, using modular means to achieve the scientific research data customization, data platform could greatly enhance the convenience of research data acquisition. From the perspective of data visualization, a trend study on the effect of different treatment methods with the platform multi dimension critical illness scoring mechanism has a certain significance.
