摘　　要：作为一名革命教育家,王尚德在长期的革命和教育实践中,形成了一套富有成效的培养革命青年的做法:广泛建立青年进步团体,多途径传播马克思主义,组织青年参加革命实践,充分发挥自身示范作用。他的教育实践对当今"青年马克思主义者培养工程"的实施具有借鉴意义。As a revolutionary educationist,Wang Shangde formed a set of effective cultivation of revolutionary youth practice in the long-term educational practice,establishing the progressive groups for the youth,disseminating the Marx doctrine in more ways and organizing the youth to participate in the revolutionary practice and exerting full play to the exemplary role. His education practice is the reference for today＇s “Young Marxist Training Project”.
