摘　　要：为了有效解决新制作的组织切片在晾干过程中所带来的侵占实验平台空间及污染问题,研制了一种组织切片烘烤架。该组织切片烘烤架制作和使用方法简单,主要由支撑架和若干隔板组成,隔板与支撑架通过滑轨连接,使用时将新制作出来的组织切片先摆放在镂空的隔板上,再将隔板插入支撑架的滑槽内,最后放入烤箱烘烤。通过使用该组织切片烘烤架提高了切片的质量,减少了二甲苯对实验人员的伤害,节省了实验平台的空间。To effectively solve the problems of occupation and pollution of experiment platform by newly produced histological slides during the process of airing, a drying rack of histological slides was developed, and it is simple to make the drying rack. It is composed of a support frame and several baffle plates, and the baffle plates were connected with the support frame by slide rails.This drying rack can be easily used. Firstly, newly produced histological slides were put on the hollow-carved baffle plates. Then the baffle plates were inserted into the slide rails on the supporting rack. The whole drying rack was baked in an oven at last.This dying method can improve the quality of histological slides, reduce the harm to experimenters from xylene, and save the space of experimental platform.
