摘  要:2015年5-7月于西北农林科技大学安康水产试验示范站进行了翘嘴鳜的人工繁殖,并对其进行了胚胎及胚后发育观察。通过显微镜观察并拍照,记录并详细描述了翘嘴鳜胚胎及胚后发育各个阶段的时序和形态特征。结果表明,在安康地区进行人工催产后的翘嘴鳜,在水温20-25℃、溶氧9-11mg/L、p H值7.8-8.4的条件下经过48h后产卵,受精后48h左右出膜,受精后134h仔鱼开口摄食。Siniperca chualsi (Basilewsky) were bred and observed embryonic and postembryonic by artificial reproduction in Northwest A&F University Ankang aquaculture demonstration station in May to July, 2015.The observation of embryonic and postembryonic devel- opment processes of different stages was systematically carried out by microscopic examination. Fry were bred at a water temperature of 20-25℃, dissolved oxygen of 9 -11mg/L, pH 7.8 - 8.4. Hatching taked place about 48 hours after fertilization. The hatched larvae started to feed about 134 hours after fertilization. This study advances knowledge of the early stages of seed breeding of Siniperca chualsi (Basilewsky) in Ankang and provides a reference to the research for the sustainable utilization of Siniperca chuatsl (Basilewsky) .
