摘　　要：库中库的书库分层管理模式基于图书借阅率、图书主题和开本形态的分类原则,将普通外借书库分为外层开架借阅书库和内层闭架检索书库。书库分层管理模式可以在传统的基于图书条形码进行分类排架的基础上优化书库管理,实现书库资源和空间的有效利用,分流目标读者群,细化日常管理工作,提升读者空间体验度。书库分层管理模式具有开架借阅空间大、空间改造成本低、管理程序简便等特点,可以广泛应用。Layered management model of library stacks divides common external borrowed stacks into outer open stacks and inner closed stacks according to the principles of classification such as book borrowing rate, subject and format shape. It could optimize management of stacks on the basis of traditional classification method basing on bar code, and achieve the effective use of resources and space. In addition, it could shunt target readers, refine daily management procedures and improve space experience of readers. As a result, the layered management model of library stacks, which have advantages of large open shelf space, low space reconstruction cost and simple management procedures, can be widely used in practice.
