中国城镇化建设的现状及其对策分析

摘　　要：城镇化道路作为我国经济社会发展的一大引擎主攻点,是解决我国人口占多数的农村发展的一条合乎国情的道路,关乎社会主义现代化建设的大局。当前我国农村城镇化建设出现人口城镇化与土地城镇化失衡、城镇功能布局不合理、城镇产业机制不健全和城镇居民文化建设落后等一系列问题,为了更好地推进我国农村的城镇化建设,对出现的这些问题从制度、布局、产业及其文化建设方面进行深刻分析,并予以相应的解决对策。As a major engine of China's economic and social development,urbanization road is a road to meet the conditions of China's rural population development,which is related to the overall situation of socialist modernization. At present,a series of problems have appeared in China's rural urbanization,such as population urbanization and land urbanization imbalance,unreasonable layout of urban function,imperfect urban industrial mechanism and backward urban and rural residents' cultural construction,etc. In order to promote the urbanization construction of rural areas in China,this paper analyzes these problems profoundly from the aspects of system,layout,industry and its culture construction,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
