供给侧改革背景下金融支持产业结构转型升级研究——以江苏省镇江市为例

摘　　要：在当前供给侧改革背景下,镇江市的经济发展面临新的契机与挑战,但当前镇江市产业结构发展不合理,制约区域经济的发展。金融作为现代经济的核心资源,对产业结构调整、经济发展起着重要的促进作用。本文在对镇江市产业结构进行"偏离—份额"分析的基础上,从存贷比、金融相关比率、工业贷款投放等方面对金融支持实体经济发展以及镇江市产业结构发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出金融支持产业结构调整的政策建议。In the current context of the supply-side reform,the economic development of Zhenjiang city faces new opportunities and challenges. But, at present the current development of industrial structure of Zhenjiang city is unreasonable, which restricts the development of regional economy. Finance as the core resources of the modern economy plays an important role in promoting the industrial structure adjustment and economic development. Based on shift-share method on industrial structure of Zhenjiang city,the paper analyzes the financial support for the development ofthe real economy and problems existing in the development process ofthe industrial structure of Zhenjiang city from such aspects as loan-to-deposit ratio, financial interrelation ratio and loans to the industry, and puts forward suggestions on the industrial structure adjustment.
