摘　　要：随着全面从严治党的不断深入,纪检监察体制机制也发生了重大变化,监督执纪的要求更加严格,内容更加细化,对纪检监察队伍综合素质要求越来越高。本文运用相关指标数据分析和问卷调查等方法,对人民银行西安分行辖区纪检监察干部结构与缺失性问题开展调查分析,提出改善基层行纪检监察干部队伍结构的相关对策建议。With the deepening of comprehensively strengthening the Party discipline, the discipline inspection and supervision system has undergone great changes. The requirement of the discipline inspection and supervision is more stringent, and the content is more refined, which requires the staff in charge of discipline inspection and supervision to raise their own quality continuously. By means of the data analysis and questionnaire survey, the paper investigates and analyzes the structure and the lack of staff in charge of discipline inspection and supervision in PBC Xi’an branch, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the structure of the staff in charge of discipline inspection and supervision of grassroots central banks.
