摘　　要：人本产权型市场经济体制作为马克思人类异化复归规律在当代中国的具体历史形式,也是人力产权异化复归规律的经济制度形式,由微观和宏观两个层面的人力产权当家作主制度体系有机构成。微观层面主要指人本产权型现代企业制度体系,简称人本产权型微观制度体系。宏观层面主要是人力产权宏观社会属性权利—基本生存权、全面发展权、公平共享权和治理监督权实现制度体系,简称人本产权型宏观制度体系。与此相关,还研究了物本产权型市场经济体制和现代企业制度,包括物本产权型向人本产权型转型的必然和历史过程,以及各自的历史地位和作用。As the specific historical form of Marx＇s human dissimilation return rule and the economic institutional form of human resource property right＇s dissimilation return rule in contemporary China,the human-property-right-oriented market economic system is organically constructed by the people＇s in power policy from the micro and macro level. The micro level mainly refers to human-property-right-oriented modern enterprise system,in short,micro system of property right. The macro level mainly refers to the macro social property rights,which includes the basic survival right,all-round development right,fair sharing right and governance and supervision right,in short,macro system of property right. Related to this,the paper also studies the property-right-oriented market economic system and modern enterprise system,including the inevitable and historical process of the transformation from a property-right-oriented to human-property-right-oriented one,and their historical status and functions.
