老年髋部骨折患者多学科护理团队的建设及评价

摘　　要：目的探讨多学科医护合作模式下,老年髋部骨折患者多学科护理团队的组建、管理及效果。方法组建由骨科、呼吸内科、心血管内科和内分泌科护士组成的多学科护理团队,从多学科医护合作模式相适应的护理排班、职责分工、团队护理工作流程和护理品质促进4个方面进行管理;评价多学科护理团队组建前后,老年髋部骨折患者对护理工作的满意度、护理缺陷发生率以及护士综合理论知识和技能考核成绩。结果团队组建后与组建前相比:护理缺陷发生率下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理工作满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士综合理论知识和技能考核成绩合格率均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科护理团队是适应多学科医护合作模式和老年髋部骨折患者整体康复的新型护理工作模式。Objective To explore the establishment, management and effect of multidisciplinary care team in the elderly patients with hip fracture in the multi discipline medical cooperation mode.Methods A multidisciplinary nursing team include department of orthopedics,respiration,cardiology,endocrinology was set up.Division of responsibilities,work flow,nurse scheduling and quality according to the multidisciplinary medical cooperation mode were managed.The patient′s satisfaction,care defects and theoretical knowledge and technical level were evaluated and compared between before and after organization of multidisciplinary cooperation team.Results Comparing with before organization of multidisciplinary nursing team,the patient′s satisfaction（P〈0.05）,the scores of theoretical knowledge（P〈0.05）,technical qualified rate（P〈0.05）were significantly improved and the care defects was reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multidisciplinary care team is a new nursing mode to adapt to the multi discipline health care cooperation mode and a new type of nursing care for elderly patients with hip fracture.
