摘 要:目的提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度。方法成立品管圈小组,并随机选取住院患者100例分为试验组和对照组。确定"提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度"为活动主题,遵循PDCA循环的工作流程,分析影响神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度的因素并采取相应的措施。比较2组满意度结果的差异,观察品管圈活动对患者满意度的改善情况。结果对照组和试验组各发放问卷50份,回收率100%,试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此次品管圈活动目标达成率为118%,进步率为21%,说明此次品管圈活动采取的措施是有效的。结论品管圈活动可有效提高神经内科住院患者健康宣教满意度,增强护理人员的积极性、自信心和团队凝聚力,促进护患关系,提升护士的管理意识。Objective To improve the health education satisfaction of the neurology patients in hospital.Methods The quality control circles(QCC)group was establish,and 100 patients in hospital randomly were selected,whom were seperated into control group and experimental group.We confirmed the theme of the survey,followed by the process of the PDCA circulation,analyzed the impact factors of the satisfaction of health education,took reciprocal action.Difference of satisfaction for both groups was compared,and the improvement of patients′satisfaction by QCC was observed.Results Fifty survey questionnaires were distributed to both groups,100% were collected,the satisfaction of control group was higher than the experimental group,which is significant different(P〈0.05).The target yield rate of the QCC was 118% and progress rate was 21%,which showed great effectiveness of the QCC.Conclusion The QCC can improve the health education satisfaction of the neurology patients in hospital effectively,can strengthen the enthusiasm,confidence and team cohension,can improve the relationship between nurses and patients and the management awareness of the nurses.
