摘  要:以大型采棉机火灾预警研发为背景,开发了一种多输棉管道内微弱火花快速无漏检测的方法。采用一款进口PIN光电二极管作为微弱火花感应器,结合解码芯片MC145027的特殊解码原理,实现了硬件电路和应用程序设计,并在4MZ-5大型采棉机上完成了安装与测试试验。试验表明,该系统具有检测灵敏度高、响应速度快、可维护性强等优点,有助于大型农机装备自动化水平的提高。With R&D of fire early warning for large cotton picker as the background, a fast speed no - leakage detection method for weak spark inside multiple cotton transmission pipelines is proposed. A kind of imported PIN photodiodes are used as weak spark sensors, and the hardware circuit and software design are completed by combining with the special decoding principle of the decoding chip MC145027, and the test is conducted on 4MZ -5 large cotton picker. The experiments show that this system has the advantages of high detecting sensitivity, fast response speed and strong maintainability, it is useful for improving the automation level of the large farm machinery.
