摘 要:目的 了解湖北省咸宁市机关企事业单位职工代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)和高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率,探讨HUA与MS的关系。方法 采用随机整群的抽样方法,以咸宁市的机关企事业单位为基本抽样单位,共选取4 338名职工为研究对象,对研究对象进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。运用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行数据分析,采用χ-2检验和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析不同尿酸水平对代谢综合征患病的影响。结果 HUA、MS、HUA合并MS的患病率分别为8.55%,24.00%,4.38%,男性的患病率均高于女性(P〈0.05);随着尿酸水平的上升,代谢综合征的患病率逐渐升高,代谢综合征的患病风险进行性增加。结论 咸宁市机关企事业单位职工的高尿酸血症、代谢综合征、高尿酸血症合并代谢综合征患病率较高,HUA与MS之间关系密切,高尿酸血症是代谢综合征的危险因素,在流行病学相关调查中,应该将血尿酸水平作为重要的检查指标。Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and hyper - uricemia of organs and enterprises employees in Xianning City, Hubei Province, and explore the relationship between hyperuricemia ( HUA) and metabolic syndrome ( MS). Methods A random cluster sampling method was used, take organ and enterprise as the basic sampling unit , 4 338 employees were collected as the research object. Questionnaire, physical and laboratory examinations were performed. SPSS 18. 0 statistical software was used for processing and analysis, chi - square test and multi - factor unconditioned Logistic regression were used to analyze the influence of different uric acid levels on metabolic syndromes. Results The prevalence rates of hyper - uricemia ( HUA) , metabolic syndromes (MS) , and hyper - uricemia complicated with metabolic syndrome ( HUA and MS) were 8. 55% , 24. 00% , 4. 38% , respectively. The prevalence rates of male were all higher than that of female ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The prevalence rates of the above diseases in male were higher than that of female(P 〈 0. 01 ). With the increase of uric acid, the prevalence of metabolic syndromes gradually increased, and the risk of metabolic syndromes also increased. Conclusion The prevalence rates of HUA, MS, HUA + MS in organs and enterprises employees in Xianning City were high. There was close relationship between HUA and MS, hyperuricemia was is a risk factor of metabolic syndrome. Therefore, blood uric acid examination should be an important indicator in epidemiological survey.
