King互动达标护理在妊娠糖尿病病人院外胰岛素泵管理中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨King互动达标理论在妊娠糖尿病病人院外胰岛素泵管理中的应用效果。[方法]将26例妊娠糖尿病病人按出院时间顺序分为对照组12例和观察组14例,对照组采用常规护理模式行院外胰岛素泵治疗和随访,观察组应用King达标理论的目标设定和互动达标指导护士与病人进行院外胰岛素泵管理,比较两组病人出院后病人胰岛素泵操作技术掌握情况、胰岛素泵相关不良事件发生情况和血糖等。[结果]观察组病人部分胰岛素泵操作技术掌握能力优于对照组,大剂量漏注射、过度紧张发生率和餐后2h血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]King互动达标理论应用于妊娠糖尿病病人院外胰岛素泵管理中能提高病人胰岛素泵操作能力,改善病人血糖水平,降低胰岛素泵相关不良事件的发生率。Objective： To probe into the application effect of King interactive standard nursing in insulin pump management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus out of hospital. Methods： A total of 26 cases of gestational diabetes patients were divided into control group with 12 cases and observation group with 14 cases according to the discharged time sequence,the patients in control group received the out of hospital insulin pump therapy and follow - up by routine nursing model,while the patients in observation group received the goal setting and interactive standard of King＇s standard theory to guide nurses and patients for out of hospital insulin pump management,then compared the patients？operation skills of insulin pump and occurance of insulin pump related adverse events and blood sugar etc between both groups after discharge. Results： The patients＇ part of master ability of insulin pump operation technique in observation group was better than that in control group, high dose leakage injection,the incidence of excessive tension and postprandial 2 h blood glucose werelower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of Kingout,s interactive standard theory in out of hospital insulin pump management of patients with gestation-al diabetes mellitus could improve patients＇s management skills of insulin pump,improve patient＇s blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of insulin pump related adverse events.
