难养型气质白血病患儿的护理干预

摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预在难养型气质白血病患儿中的应用效果。[方法]采用3岁-7岁儿童气质问卷（PTQ）对38例白血病患儿气质特点进行评定,并对其中22例难养型患儿进行护理干预,比较干预前及干预40d后难养型气质患儿PTQ得分情况。[结果]干预前后难养型气质患儿规律性、趋避性、适应度、坚持度、情绪本质和注意分散度维度得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]护理人员应给予难养型气质白血病患儿有针对性的护理干预,帮助其建立良好的气质特点。Objective：To probe into application effect of nursing intervention for leukemia children with difficulty to support type of temperament.Methods：The temperament of 38 children with leukemia were assessed by using3 to 7years old children＇s Parent Temperament Questionnaire（PTQ）,and 22 patients with difficulty to support type temperament were given nursing intervention,the PTQ score of children with difficulty to support type temperament were compared before and after 40 days.Results：Before and after the intervention,the regularity,phobotaxis,adaptability,insistent and emotional nature in children with difficulty to support type of temperament difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Nursing personnel should give leukemia children with difficulty to support type of temperament targeted nursing intervention to help them establish a good temperament.
