护理信息支持在胸腰椎体骨折病人围术期的应用

摘　　要：[目的]观察护理信息支持在胸腰椎体骨折病人围术期的应用效果。[方法]将96例胸腰椎体骨折病人按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组病人进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上有针对性地实施信息支持护理,比较两组病人对医院护理工作的满意度、抗菌药使用时间、住院时间和心理情况的差异。[结果]对照组病人抗菌药使用时间和住院时间长于观察组,出院后观察组病人对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,观察组病人出院时心理状况评分明显低于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在信息支持上进行的护理可有效改善胸腰椎骨折病人的心理状态,提高病人对医院护理工作的满意度,促进病人康复。Objective：To observe the application effect of nursing information support for patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture in perioperative period.Methods：A total of 96 patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group received targeted nursing information support based on the routine nursing.Then to compare the differences of nursing job satisfaction,antibiotic use time,hospitalization time and psychological situation of patients between both groups.Results：Antibiotic use time and hospitalization time of patients in control group were longer than that in observation group,while nursing job satisfaction of patients after discharge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group;psychological status score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,there were the statistically significant in differences（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing based on information support could effectively improve the psychological state of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral body fracture,improve the patients＇ satisfaction to the hospital care,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
