长江经济带省际现代信息服务业发展评价分析

摘　　要：加快现代信息服务业发展,对于构建长江经济带现代产业走廊具有重要作用,由于发展基础和资源禀赋存在差异,长江经济带省际间现代信息服务业发展并不平衡。文章在构建现代信息服务业评价指标体系基础上,综合利用层次分析法与主成分分析法对长江经济带各省市现代信息服务业发展水平进行评价分析。结论认为,长江经济带现代信息服务业发展水平省际间差距显著,上海、浙江、江苏明显领先,四川、贵州、云南相对靠后,进而提出了相关政策建议。Accelerating the development of modem information service industry has an important role to construct a modem industrial corridor in the Yangtze Economic Zone .The provincial development is uneven among modem information service industries in the Yangtze Economic Zone due to the differences in development basis and natural resources.Based on the construction of modem information service industry evaluation index system, this paper makes comprehensive utilization of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Principal Component methods to analyze the development of provincial modem information service industry in Yangtze Economic Zone.The conclusions include that ： The gap is significant among provincial modem information service industries in the Yangtze Economic Zone-The development of Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu have leading role to play .while those of Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan are relatively behind. Finally, related policy recommendations are put forward.
