胆结石病人应用全面护理干预的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的：对胆结石病人行全面护理干预的可行性进行研究.方法：选取我院自2015年1月1日—2016年1月1日收治的胆结石病人共计80例,将其按照随机数字表法均分为实验组与对照组,每组40例患者.对对照组患者行常规护理,对实验组患者行全面护理干预.对比两组患者的护理干预效果,研究全面护理干预的可行性.结果：实验组患者的手术用时、出血量、护理满意度以及并发症的发生几率均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对胆结石病人行全面护理干预可以有效的提升患者对于护理的满意度,降低并发症的发生几率,缓解患者的焦虑情况,减少患者的医疗用时.对于胆结石病人行全面护理干预的可行性较高,值得临床上推广应用.Objective： To study the feasibility of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gallstones. Methods： in our hospital from January 1, 2015 -2016 year in January 1st from a total of 80 cases of gallstone patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care of patients, on the line comprehensive nursing intervention for patients in the experimental group. The effect of nursing intervention in the two groups were compared, the feasibility of comprehensive nursing intervention study. Results： the amount of bleeding of the patients in the experimental group in the operation time, the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and was significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gallstones can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing care, reduce the incidence of complications, alleviate the anxiety of patients, reduce medical treatment for patients The feasibility of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gallstones is high, and it is worthy of clinical application.
