防跌倒护理干预在老年病科应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：防跌倒护理干预在老年病科应用对其认知行为的影响,方法：选取2014年6～12月在我院老年病科住院患者127例,对于干预患者进行防跌倒护理干预,帮助掌握跌倒的相关因素及预防措施,对照组仅与传统的护理干预,比较两组患者跌倒发生率情况.结果：干预患者对预防跌倒的认知力明显高于对照组患者（均р〈0.05）,且住院期间跌倒事件发生率明显少于对照组（р〈0.01）2组比较差异有显著意义.结论：应用防跌倒护理干预能有效降低住院患者跌倒的情况发生.objective： to prevent fall nursing intervention in geriatrics application on its cognitive behavior, methods： select 6 -12, 2014 in our hospital 127 cases of hospitalized patients with geriatrics department, fall prevention nursing intervention for patients with intervention, help to master the relevant factors and preventive measures, the control group only with the traditional nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients the incidence situation. Results： patients with intervention to prevent falls cognition is significantly higher than the control group patients （р 〈 0.05）, significantly less than the control group and hospitalization fall eents （р 〈 0.01） in two groups have significant difference compared. Conclusion： application of fall prevention nursing intervention can effectively reduce the fall in the hospitalized patients.
