绿茶水提物抑制人肝癌细胞株HepG2生长的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨绿茶水提物对人肝癌细胞株HepG2的生长抑制作用.方法采用MTT比色实验检测绿茶水提物对人肝癌细胞株HepG2的生长抑制作用.结果绿茶水提物能明显抑制人肝癌细胞株HepG2的生长,随着剂量的增加,细胞存活率不断下降.结论绿茶水提物能够抑制人肝癌细胞株HepG2增殖.Objective To investigate the effect of green tea extract on the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2. Methods The effect of green tea extract on HepG2 cell viability was examined by the MTT assay. Results After treated with green tea extract ,the proliferation of HepG2 cells reduced significantly. Conclusion green tea extract can inhibit cell viability in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2.
