呼吸内科抗菌药物安全监护及不良反应预防方法探索

摘　　要：目的探索呼吸内科抗菌药物安全监护及预防不良反应的方法.方法采用回顾性调查分析的方法,对我院呼吸内科2013年3～8月（干预前）和2014年3～8月（干预后）上报至国家不良反应监测系统的抗菌药物ADR数据进行统计、分析.结果经过我院药师及行政部门干预后不良反应例数明显减少,严重不良反应的比例由干预前12.50%降至0.结论干预和安全监护呼吸内科抗菌药物的使用,对减少其不良反应的发生有一定意义.Objective To investigate safety monitoring and prevention of adverse reactions of antibacterial drug in the respiratory medicine dept. Methods Utilize retrospective analysis approach to statistic March to August 2013 and March to August 2014 antibacterial ADR data in the respiratory Medicine dept. through national adverse reaction monitoring system, analyzed the outcomings. Results After the pharmacist intervention significantly reduced the number of adverse reactions, The proportion of serious adverse reactions before intervention by 12.50% to 0%.Conclusion There is some significance for reducing adverse events of antimicrobials by safety monitoring and intervening of antimicrobial drug using in the respiratory Medicine dept..
