洁悠神治疗足踝部皮肤擦挫伤的疗效观察及分析

摘　　要：目的观察洁悠神治疗足踝部皮肤檫挫伤的疗效.方法选取我科患者200例,随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用喷雾洁悠神,对照组则应用常规方法,比较两组愈合疗效.结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01.结论在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用喷雾洁悠神长效抗菌材料可以提高创伤治疗的有效率,减轻患者换药的疼痛,减轻医生负担,优于常规治疗.Objective：To observe the curative effect of treating skin abrasion and contusion with JUC. Methods Selected 200 cases of patients in our department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus the spray of JUC, the control group used conventional approachs, and the healing effect of the two groups was compared. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 98%, the control group total effective rate was 81%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P〈0.01. Conclusion （target）On the basis of conventional therapy plus the spray of JUC long-acting antibacterial material can improve trauma treatment effectiveness ease the pain of patients with treatment, reduce the burden on doctors, better than conventional treatment.
