个体化分步治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎的体会

摘　　要：依据现代医学的有关认识和传统中医学的基本理论,结合自己的临床实践,提出个体化分步治疗幽门螺杆茵相关性胃炎的独特思路.依次为HP根治的个体化、清化或温化痰湿辅以疏肝健脾、扶正祛邪以巩固疗效.分阶段论治,步步为营,最终达到治愈疾病的目的.Put forward a special thought of curing helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis based on related cognition of modern medicine and basic theory of TCM, combined with my own clinical practice. The steps are in order radical cure of HP, QING-HUA or WEN-HUA stagnation of phlegm by soothing liver and strengthening spleen, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil to consolidate therapeutic effects. Staged diagnosis and treatment and consolidation step by step will achieve the goal of curing disease.
