淄博市二级以上医院感染管理专职人员现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解淄博市二级以上医院感染管理专职人员现状.方法通过调查表对全市39所二级以上医院69名感染管理专职人员情况进行调查,资料采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析.结果医院感染管理专职人员专业配置欠合理,护理人员占89.86%,高学历人才缺失,医院感染信息化建设投入不足.结论各级医院应高度重视,在专业配置、科研课题、培训学习等方面给予医院感染管理部门适当倾斜,建立一支多专业、多学科、信息化的医院感染防控队伍是医院感染管理工作健康发展的基石.Objective To understand the zibo city secondary status of hospital infection management professionals. Methods through questionnaires to the city’s 39 68 second class above hospital infection management professionals situation investigation, data using support SPSS11.5 statistical analysis. Results The hospital infection management professionals owe reasonable professional configuration, lack of highly educated talents, inadequate informatization construction of hospital infection. Conclusion Nursing staff accounted for 89.86%,Hospitals at all levels should attach great importance to, in the allocation of professional, scientific research, training, learning appropriate hospital infection management department for the aspects such as tilt, to build a more professional, multidisciplinary and informationization of hospital infection control team is the cornerstone of the healthy development of the hospital infection management work.
