神经内镜治疗成人正压性脑积水的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨神经内镜治疗成人正压性脑积水的疗效.方法 收集2015年2月-2016年4月在我院治疗的正压性脑积水患者120人,按随机数字法分为观察组（神经内镜组）60例,对照组（传统脑脊液-腹腔分流组）60例,比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应的发生率.结果 观察组患者的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为73.3%（P〈0.05）;两组在复发率、感染、脑脊液分流再梗阻、术中出血方面比较有差异（P 〈 0.05）.结论神经内镜治疗成人正压性脑积水的疗效确切.Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic treatment for adults with normal pressure hydrocephalus. Methods In April 2016, 120 patients with hydrocephalus were randomly divided into observation group （nerve endoscope） and control group （traditional cerebrospinal fluid shunt） in 60 cases. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%, and the control group was 73.3% （P 〈 0.05）. There was a difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） in the recurrence rate, infection, cerebrospinal fluid shunting and obstruction and hemorrhage. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of nerve endoscope in the treatment of adult normal pressure hydrocephalus.
