闭式冲洗留置负压引流对口腔颌面部间隙感染患者脓肿症状的改善作用

摘　　要：目的：探究分析闭式冲洗留置负压引流对口腔颌面部间隙感染患者脓肿症状的改善效果.方法：随机选取 2014 年 1 月至2016 年1 月我院收治的口腔颌面部间隙感染患者120例,依据冲洗引流方法将这些患者分为两组,即常规冲洗脓肿部位切开引流组（常规组,n=60）和闭式冲洗留置负压引流组（研究组,n=60）,两组患者均在引流治疗的基础上增加中药治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度及脓肿大小进行统计分析.结果：研究组患者治疗的总有效率98.3%（59/60）显著高于常规组81.7%（49/60）（P〈0.05）,VAS评分显著低于常规组（P〈0.05）,脓肿直径显著短于常规组（P〈0.05）.结论：闭式冲洗留置负压引流能够有效缓解口腔颌面部间隙感染患者疼痛程度,缩小患者脓肿大小.Objective： To explore the analysis of the closed flush lien negative pressure drainage abscess in patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection symptoms improvement effect. Methods： Randomly selected from January 2014 to January 2016, our hospital in 120 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection, these patients can be divided into two groups according to the washing drainage approach, namely the conventional washing parts abscess incision drainage group （routine group, n = 60） and closed flush lien negative pressure drainage group （group, n = 60）, two groups of patients in the drainage treatment increase on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the two groups of clinical curative effect, the degree of pain and the size of the abscess patients were analyzed. Results： The treatment group patients, the total effective rate was 98.3% （59/60） was significantly higher than normal group 81.7% （49/60） （P 〈 0.05）, VAS score was significantly lower than normal group （P 〈 0.05）, abscess diameter was significantly shorter in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Closed flush lien negative pressure drainage can effectively alleviate pain in patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection, patients with narrow size of abscess.
