个体化协议护理模式对腰椎管狭窄症手术患者的康复研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨个体化协议护理模式对腰椎管狭窄症手术患者康复应用效果和实用性.方法：将 50 例腰椎管狭窄症手术患者分为实验组和对照组分别为26 例和24 例,对照组采用常规健康教育;实验组采用协议护理方法,观察两组患者术后出院当天康复知识及技能掌握、患者出院后每日坚持训练依从性进行评价.结果：实验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）. 结论协议护理模式结合本科自编自导康复训练教材指导腰椎管狭窄症手术患者康复应用可满足患者对健康教育的需求,促进患者功能康复具有较好的临床应用价值.Objective：To explore individual agreement rehabilitation in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease surgery nursing mode application effect and practicability.Methods：50 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease surgery can be divided into the experimental group and control group of 26 cases respectively and 24 cases,control group using conventional health education;Nursing approachs used by agreement,observing two groups of patients discharged from hospital after rehabilitation knowledge and skills,patients discharged from hospital on the day after the daily training to evaluate compliance.Results：the experimental group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：protocol combined with undergraduate nursing mode guidance director rehabilitation training materials rehabilitation in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease surgery can meet the needs of patients on health education,promote the function recovery has good clinical application value.
