健康管理对改善体检人群不良生活方式的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：健康管理对改善体检人群不良生活方式的效果进行研究分析.方法：本次的研究对象是在我院的100例进行体检者,2014年1月-2016年1月期间.所有体检者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组50例和对照组50例.对照组体检者给予一般健康指导,研究组体检者在其基础上针对个体不良的生活方式及原因制定相应的个体化健康生活方式指导方案,并给予体检者针对性、集体化的指导,在体检者每次体检后进行电话跟踪,于体检者干预前后采用我院自制的生活方式调查问卷进行调查,对比两组体质指数及体重.结果：结果得知,研究组干预后高盐饮食、高脂饮食、缺乏锻炼、饮酒过量、熬夜等发生率均比对照组更低,P 值小于0.05;研究组干预后体重为（61.51±10.42）kg,体质指数为（22.12±2.30）kg/m^2,对比对照组,P 值小于0.05.结论：对体检人群采用健康管理后,不但能有效的改善其生活方式,还能降低其疾病的发生概率,可以广泛应用.Objective： To improve the management of health examination population lifestyle study and analyze outcomings. Method： The study of 100 cases in our hospital were volunteers, January 2014 - January 2016 period. All medical caught dynamic randomization points system, divided into study group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients. The control group were given general physical health guidance, the Study Group on the basis of physical examination in which to develop appropriate individualized mentoring program for healthy lifestyle unhealthy lifestyle and individual reasons, and to give volunteers targeted collectivization guidance in the examination after a medical examination carried out by each phone tracking, using our hospital homemade lifestyle questionnaire before and after the intervention of medical investigations, compared two groups of body mass index and weight. Results： The outcomings of that, the study group after the intervention of high-salt diet, high fat diet, lack of exercise, excessive drinking, staying up late the incidence rate lower than the control group, P value of less than 0.05; the study group after the intervention body weight （61.51 ± 10.42 ） kg, body mass index （22.12 ± 2.30） kg / m^2, compared to control group, P value less than 0.05. Conclusion： The use of medical groups and health management, not only can effectively improve their way of life, but also reduce the probability of occurrence of the disease, it can be widely applied.
