摘 要:目的:探究氧驱雾化吸入普米克令舒用于小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效以及对肺功能的影响.方法:随机选取本院2014年3月至2015年8月间收治入院的哮喘急性发作患儿84例,随机对其进行进行编号,0-84号,按照奇偶分成两组,奇数为对照组,偶数为研究组.对照组予以常规吸氧、吸痰以及常规雾化吸入治疗,研究组予以氧驱雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗,对比分析临床疗效,并观察患儿肺功能变化.结果:研究组临床总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组71.43%,组间差异具有显著性(P〈0.05),同时研究组患儿肺功能改善显著优于对照组,组间差异经统计学分析存在显著性(P 〈0.05).结论:氧驱雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗小儿小儿哮喘具有显著的临床疗效,且还能有效改善肺功能,其值得临床应用.Objective: To explore the clinical effect of oxygen driving aerosol inhalation Pulmicort Shu pediatric asthma exacerbations and the effect on lung function.
