个性化动态护理在血液透析患者股静脉置管的全方位应用

摘　　要：目的：分析总结血透患者股静脉置管术的优点、常见并发症预防及最优护理.方法：对近2年来80例血透患者股静脉穿刺置管运用个体化动态护理.结果：仅2例病人一次性穿刺置管未成功,发生2例导管堵塞,2例感染,1例导管脱落,2例血肿,经正确护理未导致严重后果.结论：股静脉置管术具有并发症少,风险低,易操作,使用安全可靠等优点,临床个性化动态护理的全方位应用能有效减低并发症,提高管路合理有效应用,值得临床推广.Objective： to analyze and summarize the advantages of femoral vein catheterization in hemodialysis patients, prevention and optimal nursing care of common complications.Methods： 80 cases of hemodialysis patients in the past 2 years, the use of femoral vein puncture catheter with individual dynamic nursing. Results： only 2 cases of patients who did not succeed,2 cases of catheter blockage, 2 cases of infection, 1 cases of catheter off, 2 cases of hematoma, the correct nursing did not lead to serious consequences. Conclusion： femoral vein set tube surgery with few complications, low risk, easy to operate, the use of safe and reliable, full applications of clinical individualized dynamic nursing can effectively reduce the complications, improve pipeline reasonable and effective application, is worth the clinical promotion.
