PDCA循环在放射科护理三甲复审中的应用

摘　　要：目的：按PDCA循环,规范放射科护理各项规章制度建设、优化护理流程,促进护理质量持续改进,顺利通过医院三甲复审.方法：我科护理人员利用计划-执行-检查-修订（PDCA 循环）顺序,对照三甲复审放射科护理工作要求进行梳理：放射科护士管理规程、业务技术管理、环境管理、患者管理、护理安全、健康教育、病员满意度,以三甲综合医院放射科护理的最高要求为标准,一项项进行持续改进.结论通过践行 PDCA,护理人员加强了团队意识,健全了放射科护理的各项规章制度,规范了管理流程,提高了护理人员的业务技术水平及应急配合默契度,完善了放射科对病员的健康教育,开拓了优质服务内容,提升了进行放射检查时护理满意度.结果2016年9月,我们顺利完成了三甲复审.objective ：according to the PDCA cycle, the standard construction of radiologists to nurse the rules and regulations, optimize the nursing process, promote the nursing quality,continuous improvement through 3 armour hospital review. Materials and methods： Our department paramedics using program - execution - check - revision （PDCA cycle） order, control the top comb radiology nursing job requires a review： radiology department nurse management discipline, business management, technology management, environment management, patients nursing safety, health education, patient satisfaction, with the high standards of the top three general hospital radiology department nursing standards, one for continuous improvement. Conclusion： through the practice of PDCA, nursing staff to strengthen the team consciousness, perfecting the radiology department of nursing each rules and regulations, standardize the management process, improving the level of business technology and emergency nursing cooperation tacit understanding degree, perfected the radiology department for patient health education, expand the service content, improve nursing satisfaction when the radiological examination. Results in September 2016, we successfully completed the third review.
