急性白血病患者治疗前后IFN-r、IL-4、IL-15水平检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的：通过检测分析急性白血病患者治疗前后IFN-r、IL-4、IL-15水平检测的变化及临床意义.方法：应用酶联法检测35例急性白血病患者治疗前后血清中IFN-r、IL-4、IL-15水平,与35名正常健康体检者外周血清中 IFN-r、IL-4、IL-15表达水平作比较.结果：急性白血病患者治疗前 IFN-r、IL-15水平显著低于健康体检组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而 IL-4却显著高于健康体检组,也具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.经治疗3个月后,表达有改变但与健康体检组比较仍有差异（P〈0.05）.分析白血病患者血清中 IFN-r 与 IL-4、IL-15相关性,血清 IFN-r 水平与 IL-4水平呈显著负相关（r=-0.5014,p〈0.01）,而与 IL-15呈正相关（r=0.4985,p〈0.01）.结论：监测急性白血病患者血清 IFN-r、IL-4和 IL-15水平的变化对急性白血病的疗效观察有临床价值.Objective： To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IFN-r. IL-4 and IL-15 levels after treatment in patients with acute leukemia.Methods： The levels of serum was analyzed by enzyme linked immunosor bent assay （Elisa） in 35 cares scute leukemia and 35 controls . Results： Before treatment serum IFN-r.IL-15levels were significantiy higher （P〈0.01） after txeatment for 3 months ,the level though markedly corrected were still significantly corrected different from those in controls （P〈0.05）.Serum IFN-r levels were negatively correlated with serum IL-4 levels （r=-0.5014,p〈0.01）,but positikely correlated with serum IL-15 levels （r=-0.4985,p〈0.01）. Conclusions： detection of serum IFN-r. IL-4 and IL-15 levels was helpful for the prediction of treatment effieacy in patients with leakema must be of clinical values.
