46例小儿心律失常射频消融手术治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：观察射频消融手术对小儿心律失常的临床疗效. 方法：选取我院（2013年2月～2016年2月）收治的46例小儿心律失常患儿,进行射频消融手术治疗.并对不同类型、不同年龄的小儿心律失常患儿的手术成功率、手术失败率、复发率以及平均手术时间进行比较.结果：46例小儿心律失常患儿的手术成功率为89.13%,复发率为13.04%,平均手术时间（107.28±24.65）分钟.不同类型患儿中,局灶性房性心动过速的患儿复发率最高、平均手术时间最长,最短的是房室折返性心动过速;年龄越大的患儿手术成功率越高、复发率越低、平均手术时间越短（P〈0.05）.结论：小儿心律失常射频消融手术治疗具有良好的临床疗效.Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation surgery on pediatric arrhythmia.Methods：46 cases in our hospital pediatric cardiac arrhythmias in children （February 2013 - February 2016） admitted, radiofrequency ablation surgery. And different types of arrhythmia in children of children of different ages success rate, failure rate of surgery, the recurrence rate and the average operative time for comparison. Results： 46 cases of pediatric surgery in children with arrhythmias success rate 89.13%, the recurrence rate was 13.04%, the average operation time was （107.28±24.65） minutes. Different types of children, the rate of relapse in children with focal atrial tachycardia highest average operation time was the longest, shortest atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia; the higher the older the children success rate of surgery, the lower relapse rate, mean operation time was shorter （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Surgical treatment of pediatric arrhythmia ablation with good clinical efficacy.
