血气分析仪与全自动干式生化分析仪电解质测定结果分析  被引量:3

摘  要:目的探讨血气分析仪与全自动干式生化分析仪电解质测定结果的相关性.方法随机选取 2015年4月份本院患者60例(年龄30~94岁),同时采集动脉血和静脉血,采用西门子 Rapidpoint405全自动血气分析仪分析动脉血电解质,静脉血肝素抗凝后分离出血浆用 Vitro-350全自动干式生化分析仪检测电解质.应用 SPSS18.0统计软件分析测得数据.结果Rapidpoint405测定的动脉血中的钾(3.70±0.62)mmol/L、钠(136.45±6.90)mmol/L低于Vitro-350测定的静脉血:血钾(3.78±0.68)mmol/L,血钠(137.99±6.82)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05),而氯在 Rapidpoint405 动脉血测定结果(101.20±6.76)mmol/L 高于 Vitro-350静脉血测定结果(97.58±7.31)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论血气分析仪与全自动干式生化分析仪电解质测定结果有差异,其结果呈正相关.在急诊不能及时获得静脉血检测结果时,动脉血气分析中的电解质结果可以校正后应于于临床.objective To study the correlation of electrolytes measurements between blood gas analyzer and dry chemistry automatic biochemistry analyzer. Methods Measurement of potassium natrium and chlorine concentrations in 60 patients(30-94 years old) who underwent arterial blood gas analysis and simultaneous intravenous blood analysis admitted into our hospital in April in 2015 were compared. The data were analysed by correlation and regression analysis. Results The concentration of potassium (3.70±0.62)mmol/L was significantly lower than intravenous blood potassium(3.78±0.68) mmol/L, the same with natrium (136.45±6.90) mmol/L, While the concentration of arterial blood chlorine was highter than intravenous . Conclusion Electrolytes concentrations in blood gas analyzer were positively correlated with the concentrations in dry chemistry automatic biochemistry analyzer and they all had the linear regression relationship. The electrolytes examination outcomings between blood gas analyzer and dry chemical automatic biochemical analyzer are different and they are positively correlated .When the examination outcomings of intravenous blood cannot be obtained, the revised measurements of arterial can be a preferable reference.
