摘　　要：起搏器植入后,囊袋发生感染,应用锁定钢丝和扩张鞘管分别成功拔出感染起搏电极导管,感染才被控制.提示该技术是拔除感染性起搏电极导管和治疗起搏器植入术后顽固性感染的有效方法.After the pacemaker implantation, the pouch infection occurs, the application of locking wire and expanding sheath pipe respectively successful uproot pacemaker electrode catheter infection, infection was controlled. Tip the technology is infectious pacemaker electrode catheters and effective method for the treatment of refractory infection after pacemaker implantation.
